Goal:
Use SIP for supporting terminal, personal and service mobility in a mobile wireless Internet,
i.e.,
devise a comprehensive SIP-centric mobility management scheme,
propose necessary (if any) extensions or modifications to the SIP protocol, and
socialize them with IETF SIP WG as well as other relevant WGs.
